Pacific Resorts History

Pacific Resorts, Inc. (PRI) was established in 1985 to support the growing demand for Hawaii-bound travel from Japan, with a focus on promoting condominium-style accommodations that offered greater flexibility and value to Japanese travelers. Early collaborations with leading hospitality brands helped define this segment and laid the foundation for PRI’s long-standing presence and expertise in the Hawaii market.
Over the years, we have contributed to building awareness and driving demand for numerous properties by aligning sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies with evolving traveler preferences.
Today, Pacific Resorts, Inc. operates as a licensed travel agency and a third-party service provider, delivering comprehensive sales, marketing, e-commerce, public relations, reservation, and representation services for hospitality and leisure brands globally. Our current partners include Alamo Rent A Car, Sea Life Park, Coral Crater Adventure Park, and Wai Kai, among others.
We continue to connect global travel experiences with Japanese consumers, offering trusted and effective market representation.
